Socorro Mercado your patient liaison will be in charge of scheduling your surgery as well as assisting with hotel and flight reservations if need be.
Also we will do our best to accommodate one traveling companion that will be coming with you or we can assist in making hotel reservations for your guest(s).
Don't be shy about asking for special requests, this is what makes this group different.
We offer you Free Transportation from the San Diego airport to the Hotel/Clubhouse and the Hospital
then back to the Airport after the Surgery.
We are available 24 hr to answer questions, and address any problems you may have.
Do your recovery at one of our new Recovery Houses.
Beautiful room with a lock for privacy, color flat screen TV, Satellite Cable in Spanish and English, DVD player, Living room with flat screen TV and Satellite Cable in Spanish and English.
Fully stocked kitchen for your nutritional needs, Vonage phone to call home and let loved ones know how you are, housekeeper to help with anything you may need, a night nurse to monitor your progress.
If there is something you need, and it is not there, the staff will do their best to take care of it or find it for you.
Once you are released from the Hospital, to keep you moving and speed your recovery there may be site seeing, shopping , and a lot more!! |
